North Central Phoenix & Historic Districts
Noted for its close access to downtown Phoenix, this area is noted for its 1950s (and older) ranch homes, bungalows and estates. Enjoy our great weather with a stroll along Murphy’s Bridle Path or head south to one of the many historic districts: Encanto, Palmcroft, FQ Story or Willo, to name a few. For a more urban feel, look towards Cityscape and Copper Square or the ASU downtown campus.
